How do I know when my Rental starts?

A question we are often asked is when your rental begins. We have made it very easy for you to understand this!

When purchasing a rental, you will be shown dates and times on the main bot page. These times have been adjusted to your local time zone so you do not have to worry about converting to a different time zone.

As you can see in the image below, under the rental summary it shows the dates and time that the rental will begin and end. For me, it shows this time as 5 pm because I am in the eastern standard time zone. If I was in the central time zone then it would show 4 pm.

In addition to the time zone being shown on the main page, when you click the "pay" button, you will see a confirmation page confirming all these details to ensure you are agreeing to what you are paying for. This confirmation page looks like the one below!

What happens when I purchased a rental but I need to change the dates?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund something that is your mistake. Our rentals are handled by other sellers and when you had purchased this rental you had reserved it so someone else couldn't purchase it. By refunding this purchase, the seller would lose out on this potential sale. However, there are cases when you would be able to get a refund such as neglect from the seller for things along the lines of not being able to provide key resets at a reasonable time and similar.

Where can I find my rental once it starts

You can find your rental under the My Profile page which will drop down a transaction page! Once you click the "My Profile" button on the rental category, you will see a drop-down that says transactions. If you click the transactions page then you will be able to see all of your purchases, sales, and listings! You can easily navigate through the tabs based on if the sale or purchase is active, happened in the past, or will happen in the future! This page looks like the image below!
