Using a sneaker bot is not always the easiest thing to do especially for beginners! We are here to help to ensure that you have the best experience possible.
The First Option (Recommended)
When you need help there are two places that you can go. The first place and recommended place is the Cybersole guide center. This section is where you will be able to find the answer to almost all your questions from what proxies are, how to reset your key, what task delays are so much more!

The Second Option
We are always here to help as well! If you are looking for live support you can feel free to ask our support staff your basic questions. We can't help with specific drop-release questions but we can help with some of the more basic questions that you may have!

The Third Option
If you are looking for drop-specific questions, there are always drop release guides that Cyber offers to all its members and renters! In order to access this information, feel free to head over to your dashboard where there will be a section specifically for drop guides!
In order to access this, you must sign into the dashboard! CLICK HERE to access the guides. Once you sign in, you will be forwarded to a page that looks like the image below! Simply click on the releases tab and you will get all the up to date guides that cyber puts out!
