At Tidal, we have developed an automated no-seller solution to renting bots from our dedicated rental partners. This means that when renting a bot, at the defined start date you will be given access to a dedicated rental key that is unique to you.

This means no more dealing with a seller managing your rental, we are now able to provision access unique to your rental with no seller involved. When using this unique key, you will have full access to the bot as if you were a normal end user of their product. This includes full dashboard access (where relevant) along with Discord access. This gives you the opportunity to benefit from the direct support of the team managing the bot you are renting.

In some cases, there is "degraded" functionality from our side. For example, our partnered bots will be able to allow you to reset directly from their tooling. This is a feature that you wouldn't have access to in the rental process for non-partnered bots hence why we have a reset request system. Since the seller is no longer involved, this would be considered degraded as it's no longer relevant, however it is an improved end experience for the renter as they no longer need to request a reset and incur those delays.

All in all, Tidal's automated rental system and the full access it grants to our partnered bots provides renters with a much more seamless experience. No longer do they need to worry about the unexpected delays, as they can get direct access to all the features a bot has to offer.
