What to do when your Discord account gets disabled!
One of the most frustrating things that can occur is having your Discord account disabled while you have a subscription attached to it. Luckily for you, we have created our dashboard in a way that allows you to manage your subscription even when your account has been disabled!
How can cancel it after the discord has been disabled?
You will want to head over to https://www.tidalmarket.com/tidal-dashboard/profile
You may need to sign into your account if you haven't already
Once you get to this page, you should see your discord account and a button that stated manage subscription.
You will want to click on the manage subscription button, which will redirect you to our subscription portal. On this subscription portal, you will be able to manage your subscription by changing your card, editing the subscription plan or canceling the subscription!
Once you do all this then you are all set!
If for some reason your discord is not being displayed on your Tidal account, ensure you are signed into the right one. The email that is on the tidal account does not have to match the one on your discord. Ensure that you check all your emails! If you can't figure it out still then feel free to open a ticket with our support staff and we will try to help you with manually cancelling the subscription!
